I googled it and it seems that it only tests to see if the drugs are in your system, not for adulteration. To avoid suspicion, just take 2 B multivitamins (you can get these anywhere for pretty cheap) and drink about 6 small glasses (48 oz) of water the morning of your test. It has been my experience that my urine starts testing positive about 3 hours after drinking the fluid, so don't do it too early. The vitamin B should make your urine yellow in under an hour and stay yellow most of the day. Make sure you urinate a couple of times before he tests you and use your midstream urine. You don't necessarily need to follow the dilution sticky if the test he uses doesn't test to see if it is a dilute sample.
