    need some help

I have a drug test coming up and i don't know much about them. My buddy took one for the same job and he said they just dipped something in the urine. Anyway i read N2's sticky and found a lot of advice, what i'm wondering is does the b-12 vitamins turn the urine yellow so they do not mark it as diluted?

The color of the urine is not the only factor in ruling a specimen dilluted they also look at creatinine levels and specific gravity levels. But why give them a reason to investigate further? Make sure if you follow the dillution sticky you also load up on creatine and sub gatorade for water the day of the test. You can practice dillution with an at home test you can purchase at any pharmacy.

And you can also check your dilution efforts with a validity test strip to make sure the creatinine and SG have not slipped out of range. Do a Google search for drug adulteration test kits.
