My policy as a comprehensive drug law reformer for over the last forty years has been to take anything we can get but always be there with the arguments for full drug law reform.

Until up to about the last ten years, in all honesty it's been one baby step forward- two backwards, as it related to cannabis legalization/decriminalization. I attribute most of that to what I refer to as the "prohib-lites" always arguing for only their personal drug of choice.

The "war on drugs" is a war on all of us; users and non-users alike and regardless of your drug of choice. We need to stand up together and fight it as such.

The "war on drugs" is a crime against humanity.
