LEDs and cfls on 5 strains

I have a small (1x3) cabinet, about 3.5 feet tall. I have a 28 watt growpanel 45 from sunshine and a couple cfls. I have 2 new strains, chiesel and kush and 3 older strains I used to grow on a larger scale. Those are jack herer (shorter skunk pheno), el niño, and one I need to name, it's an old school strain, 30+ year, not sure what it'll get named, it'll be ALS for now. I only have clones in a tray of those 3, but I've grown them before, they were mine originally. I hope the chiesel works out but bug issues early on and they are off to a rough start. I will begin flowering one ALS as soon as I get ventilation and a door and another box for veggin, which will be cardboard for the moms. I can fit 6-8 straight to 12/12 from well rooted. Or 2 if they are vegged a month. So far the led is great for veg, closer nodes than normally under just cfls or MH. So it'll run 74-120 watts of light. 74 is 28 led + 2 23 watt cfls, up to the led + 2 46 watt cfls (112). So a very small box with very little juice, interesting to see what I can do in there.

And I forgot to mention: they are gonna be in soil or coco, the clones will go black gold organic and the sprouts of chiesel and kush are in coco. I will use superthrive and botanicare organic ferts. I tend to grow quality and have never had great yeilds. The jack is the only strain I know well, start to finish. It's the perfect all day smoke, and finishes to perfection around day 65, but will impress as soon as day 50. I have 2 chiesel sprouts and 3 kush. 5 clones each of jack and el niño, 4 ALS.

After the short time I've been using this tiny box, and thinking a bit, coco may not be best, since the LEDs supposedly require less water, but I like it so much in it's simplicity and ability to go unkept for 3-5 days at times. So I'm not positive on coco as a medium. It's kinda up to the clones to really see what the LEDs can do. I can get pics on here when my clones are in, it's kinda shit looking right now too, the plants I want to bud are in intensive care. One was used for clones and it a stick and the other looks like it just needs love and care but may be good in a week or so. Seedings at 3 weeks look pretty sorry. LEDs and pests= sad sprouts. (I think both contributed, each it's own set of problems) pretty much any plant put under LEDs early <2 weeks grew poorly.

Scraping the cabinet in favor of a closet. I had to shrink but that's too far! I'm a grower, fuck it. It'll take some time but it'll be better. I still wanna go with LEDs but will probably go with the tried and true for now until I get a Procyon or haight sold state panel. I don't know which is better and a 600 watt hps will work until I get one or 2.
