Quest Diagnostics Question
Do they monitor you for a pre-employment urine test. I've heard they don't but looking at the form I have to hand them I see a little check box that says[]Observed (enter remark) and its freakin' me out.

Quest Diagnostics Question
I just took a quest urine test today and have taken over 13 in the last 12+ years and they have never observed me. You have to give them a reason like an accident or fail real bad for a employer to request a observed test. We have posted a lot of quest info over the years here and you can even search my old posts to find out more. Good luck

Quest Diagnostics Question
Just took a quest today and just posted a thread regarding my technique. I was completely alone and only one person was working at that time.
Hope that helps!

Quest Diagnostics Question
I had a premployment with quest, they do not monitor pre employment testing. They use a standad form so if they have to observe they can check it off and leave remarks.

Quest Diagnostics Question
You wont be observed on a pre-emp test unless you had been suspected of tampering.
As an example, if you got caught with any "cheating contraband," then the collector will order a sample collection under direct observation. The collector would then check off the "observed" box and state the reason why a direct observed collection took place in the "Remarks" space.
Another example is if a urine sample exhibits any signs of tampering, (ie excessive foaming when shaken, bleach odor, foreign color thats not supposed to be present in urine) then the collector will order a sample re-collection under direct observation. The collector will then process both samples, check off the "observed" box, and indicate the reason why a direct observed collection took place in the "Remarks" space. To view the Board Rules: http://boards.cannabis.com/introduce...ard-rules.html
