Be patient and I'm sure somebody else will chime in, but from what I see, the diseased section should go, you'll be losing some buds, but in the long run you may save the plant.

I have been keeping an eye on it and treating with Daconil fungicide once every other week! (that is the white slime you seen in pic) It seemed like i was containing the issue! I sprayed again this morning and today got quite hot and the entire top growth of the branch has wilted! (2nd pic) I think it got stressed due to the treatment and the Rating: 5
