I lose branches all the time....$1000 dollars a branch!...

Is that what you pay, or is that what you charge...:wtf:? And do you really just let them hang there? Really? At $1000 per branch, one would think you'd take a little better care of the ladies. And if you are losing branches all the time, perhaps it time to re-assess your techniques.

DO NOT try to pull the branch back up ! Let it be, most of the time it will heal itself.

Prop the branch back into place as good as you can, use a stake of some sort to support the growing tip, bind the wound and keep it in place till healed. You might need to adjust the bandage every week or so due to plant growth.
The injury is less likely to heal if the damn thing has two wounds to heal, (one on the trunk, one on the branch) but putting it back in place strengthens the union and is only one injury for the lady to deal with.

Is there any kind of solution that you can apply to plant wounds that heals them? Is there anything I can fucking do????? Please let there be somthing I can do.
