who can access records to see you have a MM card?
How would that even be possible? If you go to a doctors office and they give you a rec, they take one copy and stick it in your chart, and give you the other. They dont file one away with the state, the feds, or your employer. You have a right to medical privacy, and this would be a SEVERE violation of that right. Can your employer see that you have herpes? Cancer? Hep C? I dont think so, and this is no different.

I've always considered getting a MM card but I've always feared it could come back to hurt me trying to get a job with the government or even a private company. I know employers can't typically have any access to your medical records, but is MM treated differently than a normal prescription? Rating: 5
