Well I'm a "FIRST/SECOND Timer" Before now I have only grown small plants from seed and sold them at about one month old...
Your Equipment:
.1) Type and wattage of lights: OUTDOOR.
.2) Distance From Tops: N/A
.3) Reflector type? N/A
.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? YES, definatly
.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? N/A
.6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule? Good ol' SUN
Your medium:
.7) Specific brand and type of soil: Some organic potting soil from "ACE Hardware"
.8) Size of container: Very small
.9) Did you use peat pucks (or similar) to root clones or germinate seedlings? NO.
Your nutrients and water:
10) Source of water? TAP.
11) Method of checking water ph. (ph pen, test strips, aquarium test kit...) N/A?
12) Method of adjusting water ph. (phosphoric acid, white vinegar, hydrated lime, PH Up: I don't check the PH.
13) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule: "JOBES" (Drip Feeder): N=.005%, P=.010%, K=.005% Ionly use this on the mother...
14) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering?
15) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...)
16) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate? IDK???
17) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph? IDK???
18) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray? i just mist with water
Your growroom:
19) Indoors or outdoors? IN
20) What size of closet, room or hut? 18"X18"X25"
21) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off?
22) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom? NO.
Your strain:
23) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?)
24) From seeds or clones? Clones
25) Is this an autoflower strain? Probably NOT.

It's hard to tell without a pic but you MUST know the pH. You mentioned that they are clones, how old are they? Do they have established roots yet?
It could be nute lockout, the soil could be too hot (nutes), or it could be anything.
If you dont have a pH tester, get some pH strips. They are very cheap and work well enough.

That's all you need. Measure the pH of the water. Then measure the pH of the runoff from the bottom of the pot. You can then deduce the pH of the soil. For example: if the water has a pH of 7 and the runoff is 6, then the soil must be more acidic than the runoff, probably in the 5 range. In soil, you want a pH in the mid to upper 6 range for proper nutrient uptake.
Seedlings and new cuttings can easily be killed by too much nutes, regardless of the pH. I use a very light nute solution as a foliar spray for clones. And I never place them in soil until roots have developed. Also, in my limited experience, sunlight is much too harsh for clones. They must be gradually hardened first.
There is much to learn about growing cannabis. Most things can be found on this site in the sticky threads. I'm still in the early stages of learning myself so I may not always have the best advice. :-)
Post a pic if you can. That will help us diagnose the problem and steer you in the right direction.

1.) How did you take your cuttings?
2.) Did you root them first?
3.) How old are they?
4.) My best guess is you have a pH imbalance. Fix that, and you should be good. Soil pH needs to be anywhere from 6.3 - 6.8
5.) dillhole is correct in saying that clones need to be slowly acclimated to life outdoors.

Ditto what SMG said and asked. I would like to know how the clones were taken too. Until you can test for a pH problem I would keep on with the foliar spray. Use very light nutes in the spray and do it several times a day. I would bring them inside and place them under a fluorescent light until they are healthy again.
Good luck,
