    is it legal or not?

    i currently live in an apartment and i have my cannabis card so my question is is it ok for me to smoke my medical cannabis in side my apartment with out being taken to jail, fined, or evicted do to my complex is labeled a drug free zone.

    I'd say that since you're a legal MM patient, I'd think inside your apartment is safe, just be discreet.
