i currently live in an apartment and i have my cannabis card so my question is is. It ok for me to smoke my medical cannabis in side my apartment with out being taken to jail, fined, or evicted do to my complex is labeled a drug free zone.

I do not know for sure but,
I don't see how anyone would know.
Get some incense or some candles.

I know a ton of people smoking in their apartment units with no problem.
