At another forum some time ago, a poster said that "Dr. A" refused to give him a card because of a prior "offense", but "Dr. B" was fine with it. So call and ask about the doctor's stand on this issue.

I had a friend who was on probation and was still getting his MMJ- in that case it is up to the judge.

Ok so I was told by a friend that I cannot get a medical marijuana card due to the fact that I have juvenile poss with intent charges. I dont see why that would disqualify me from getting my card, Isn't that the whole purpose of the card, to prevent people from being treated like criminals for using medication....? any enlightenment would help alot.
