I'm a very light smoker compared to others I know. I smoke 1 hit, and I mean 1 hit only, once every week. Sometimes every 2 weeks. I'm slightly overweight. Have to take a urine test in the next few days. Have stopped smoking for 8 days now. Will I be able to pass?

You could be good my man but you should've been working out all week. I just made a post about how I passed read what I did. I know this board is against the drinks but it helped me pass. Ive heard mixed reviews on GNC strip, however I personally know a girl who just passed and she only took 2 days off and she is a very heavy smoker. Since you dont smoke much I'd imagine you'd be ok.

Buy an at home test either on line or at your local drug store. If you pass with your morning void which has the highest concentration of thc metabolites then you should be ok for the ua. If not practice the dillution method, just follow the sticky at the top of the page. The day of your us follow the sticky except sub gatorade for water and skip the aspirin, its outdated.
