    caregiver rights?

my lady named me her primary caregiver so i can grow her meds for her.

my name is on her card; am i allowed to stop in to the dispensary and shop for her or grab some clones?

there doesn't seem to be anything in the law about caregiver to caregiver transactions.

I think some will and others wont. It would be best to just call around tomorrow and see what they say. They will for sure if you have your MMJ card.

oh pale, here we go again......

i *am* her caregiver. it's on the card in ink. it says my name right there and i do not have a card, myself.

by law, i am allowed to possess/handle/grow for her, but visiting and purchasing from a dispensary as a caregiver and not a patient is one of those gray areas that have not been dealt with yet.

My lawyer has told me that you are allowed to acquire and transport marijuana if you are only a caregiver but urged me strongly to have a MMJ card if I was going to play the game. The actual card is what grants you so much of protection under Ad20. Just go get your card and dont worry about it at all.

so what your saying is u have no card but u can legally grow for her. one can only guess that one that grows partakes as well so really what your saying is she is legal and your not? that makes no sense,if thats the case then anyone can grow with out doing a thing and make money but not have to go through all the steps a med patients has to wow.i don't see how thats fair? why even have a card in the first place when u could just be under the person your growing for? let me guess now u don't use none of it? lmao

i know how to grow and she doesn't.

pretty simple and pretty fair for her, i think.

she has a caregiver that gives her her dank for free (half the electricity bill).
