    Job interview HELP

    Hello all,

This is my first post, and I appreciate any and all help you all might provide.

So I have a job interview coming up, and there will be a drug test. Obviously, I will fail. But I have a marijuana card, legal in CA.

Should I disclose to my future employers?
Should I bring it to drug test?

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thanks
    Jon

Should I try to mask my use?

This was the right place for this post not Southern California forum.

Employers are not required to acknowledge a MMJ card even in Ca.

Don't tell anyone, don't bring anything, and sub.

In fact, employers can terminate employees - even those with valid prescriptions - for using marijuana, and they can do so without fear of a liability claim.

There are two areas of the law around this issue in California - the Compassionate Use Act and the Fair Employment and Housing Act. Neither protect legal users from discrimination by employers.
