Looks like one of the varieties of the hop plant.
It's in the family of cannabaceae (like mj) but is not pot.

Can anyone identify this plant, it is growing where i threw seeds, but maybe the seeds never grew and this is just a real weed as opposed to a special weed

That plant in the pics is a catnip - in the mint family. You can smoke it, but its not going to do much for you. Leave it for the cats as it really gets them off (they have the receptors for it).

It's unfortunate that only one cola matured into all its specter. Your neighbors went out of town for a while a month ago.
