Add personal image

Hi there just wondering if anyone knows how to add a personal picture?
Its the picture that comes up next to your name when putting up a post etc...
I.E... My mane is mrfertilizer, next to this.

Any help appreciated!

when you see a + sign after the word registered under you name

click on ... User CP...at the top of any page, in the green bar. On the left side is edit options and settings. Click on Edit AVATAR and upload a pic from your computer...:smokin:

new members have wait about 2 weeks or so many #'s of posts; usually, for that option to appear
