Greetings, I am a medical marijuana card holder in Albuquerque NM, I have also recently received my personal production license, I amlooking for the best way to procure the proper genetics. I know that I cannot ( nor do I wish to ) transport marijuana across state lines, however I am not clear on whether or not it is lawful to receive seeds through the mail. Any advise you might have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
