if anyone can help me out thanks.. if i have my medication+scale in a backpack in my car and happend to get pulled over would i have trouble?

If you are being pulled over for a minor traffic violation like running a red light, speeding, or squealing your tires and you are sober, and your car doesn't reek of pot, and it or anything else illegal isn't in plain sight of the cop, you'll be fine. Just deny the cop the opportunity to search your car because without probable cause or a warrant, him searching your car without your permission is illegal.
