if anyone can help me out thanks.. if i have my medication+scale in a backpack in my car and happend to get pulled over would i have trouble?

Only if you consent to a search. VERY bad practice to roll with ANYTHING that can label you as a distributor. Leave the calculator at home, what would you tell the cop it was for??

even if you were a delivery service? because if thought about starting one and i figured what if i had those to in the car at same time

Where are you? We have to find some people from your area to chime in on this with some personal experience.

I just can't see a cop buying the whole "But I'm a delivery service. Officer, I swear it's all legal" You may beat something in court, but cops are still cops, ya know?
