All that black stuff is is condensed chemicals that were burnt up and stuck on the sides of your pipe. It DOES have a high THC content, but it also has a HIGH concentration of all the bad shit! Don't smoke that, it is VERY bad for you

I have a cigarette hitter, that I use occasionally, and it got clogged tonight and I couldn't unclog it.
