Should I go to a sauna today for my drug exam tomorrow

I was trying to see if I should go to a sauna so I can sweat a lot because sweating can get rid of weed in yo system. Is a sauna necessary? Like I said in my last post the most weed I have smoked recently is last Sunday I took 5 hits and the day before I took about 5 hits. Thats all the weed I've smoked recently. I been sweating all week by running and riding in my car with no air conditioner. Plus I been drinking a lot of gin mixed with lemonade bacardi silver, green and white tea, powerade and vitamin water. Should I go the sauna or can I get the same results by doing some more running?

Saunas and sweating doesnt help because very little THC is excreted through sweat. The rest of them are being excreted via the urine and fecal matter.

Exercising is not a good idea if your U/A is less than two days away. Exercising burns fat cells which releases the stored THC metabolites back into the bloodstream, which in turn ends up in your urine. For those two days, you need to stop all exercising, eat large fatty meals and be as lazy as possible so you dont release a bunch of THC metabs into the bloodstream, which will end up in your urine to be detected.

Drinking fluids is only helpful on the day of the U/A. Drinking a bunch of fluids days before the U/A is useless. It may give your kidneys a workout, but the rate in which the kidneys filtering THC metabolites from the bloodstream remains unaffected.

Read up on N2's Dilution sticky thread and use that for the day of the U/A.

Yes the U/A is job related but the problem with substitution is trying to keep the right temperature. I've passed several drug exams before without ever using substitution. In the pass I have done something similar N2's dilution method but instead of taking vitamin B pills, I drink powerade. Instead of gatorade, i drink powerade because powerade has a lot of B vitamins in it. I also drink vitamin water because it has B vitamins as well. I also drink one beer and one bacardi silver. And even though some people oppose certo, I still use it because it doesn't hurt to try it. I've never failed using certo. It seems as though the drug exams when I didn't take certo were the times I failed. If I pass the exam tomorrow, I'll share my method with u all

Certo is just another dilution scheme. If you passed after using Certo, then you wouldve passed that same test using just water and vitamins.

And if you failed after using water and vitamins, then you wouldve failed that same test after using Certo.

Why waste time, energy, and money with the nasty-tasting Certo when you can accomplish the same thing using N2's Dilution method?
