Georgia Congressman Paul Broun warned attendees of a town hall event Tuesday that the Obama administration was planning to use a pandemic or a natural disaster to implement martial law in the United States.

Congress aparently cant even save us with the pen they are now just warning the people with whispers. And every keeps telling me that Martial law wont happen and a dictatorship would neve be allowed by congress.
