Leaves yellowing from the tips and margins

What's up guys

So I'm growing for the first time and things are running less than smoothly so far. My plant is about 12 days vega and some older leaves start to yellow on margins and tips and rot off it seems. Is this a problem?

My setup is Hydro, Perlite/Vermiculite, DWC/Bubbler, Scrog, 400 watt hps, Hesi fertilizers (50ml\10l concentration of Grow), Ph is 6-6.3.

What type of hydro set-up are you running? DWC/Bubbler/full power on the pump

Your Equipment:
A) Type and wattage of lights. HPS 400w
B) Distance from tops? about 30cm (12 inches)
C) Reflector type? (cool tube set-up, bat wing, enclosed reflector, bare bulb...) Not sure
D) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule? Not sure, light schedule is 18\6
E) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? Yes
F) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? It's a growbox which I believe have both
G) Size of reservoir? 10L (2,6 gal)
H) What medium if applicable. Perlite/Vermiculite 2/1

Your nutrients and water:
I) If using rockwoll for clones or seedlings, did you rinse the cubes well, with properly ph'd water? No rockwool
J) Source of water. (tap or filtered) What's it's ph? Tap, 8 initial and is downed to 6
K) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule. Hesi Hydro Grow NPK 3/2/4 20ml\gal So far I add as palnt consumes - about 0,3 gal with corresponding concentration once every 3-4 days
L) What is the ec/ppm of your unadjusted tap (or filtered) water? Don't measure
M) What is the ec/ppm of your nutrient solution? Don't measure
N) What is the temperature of your nutrient solution? (reservoir high and low temps) Don't measure
O) Does your ec/ppm show a rise or fall when you do your daily PPM check? -
P) Does the ph fluctuate? Yes it rises
Q) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you
spray? (Just after lights come on, just before they go out...) Started about 10 days ago with pure water 1-2 times a day in the middle of light day but didn't do it for last 3 days. Is it good idea at all?
R) How often do you replace reservoir water/nutes? What does it look like before changes? (clear, foamy, green, brown...) So far I replaced it one time and plan to replace every 2 weeks

S) What size of closet, room or hut? height/lengh/depth inch 31/31/31
T) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? .82-90 F. 25-45%.With lights off?
U) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom? Yes killed one small flying thing
V) Are the roots long and white, or brown and slimy? Not sure I attached an image, they seem white alone but are brown in some clusters

W) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?) Not sure (Either Blueberry (indica dom) or Euforia (Sativa dom)) I mixed seeds
X) From seeds or clones? Seeds
Y) Is this an autoflower strain? Not sure I guess not
