Hey brah,

If this is the kind of bulb you are using (Energy Saving Light Bulbs ΓΆβ?¬β?? 20 Watt Compact Fluorescent Light Bulb - Your Guide To Green) then the problem could be that you are not using NEARLY ENOUGH light for even one cubic foot of space.

Let's go over a few things:

1.) There needs to be an absolute MINIMUM of 5000 lumens per cub. ft. to have even the smallest growth and production that's worth anything
2.) What kind of soil are you using?
3.) Are there drain holes in the bottom of the cups so excess water can exit and not cause mold/fungus?
4.) How big is the space you are using?
5.) Is there any circulation?
6.) How many hours on and off are your lights currently? Are you using a timer or manually turning on and off the lights?
7.) Is your grow area light proof from outside light?

That should be enough for now.

Leaves curling down.. leaves changing colors 2 plants a little over 2 1/2 weeks old, 1st time grower, maybe over watered on the 1st plant the 2nd i have no idea, the leaves are curling down on the 1st plant, and on the 2nd plant 1 leaf is curling down the other up, black, yellow and brown spots are on two leaves, what could be causing this?
