Also, what would be a good and efficient way to partition this space from the rest of my closet? As far as ventilation goes Im not quite sure, I was thinking about cutting a hole in top of the closet and install an inline duct fan but my only thing about this is that i am currently renting and just a little bit worried about messing stuff up basically. Any imput at all would be greatly apperiated and thanks in advance
OK, first correction, that will equal abt 50watts per square foot. That is a good amount of light for your space. Not sure what you consider "good size plants" but yes 2 maybe 3 plants will fit that area.

To build a partition consider foil faced foam insultion boards abt 1" thick. It cuts easy can be taped to seal and has enough structural strength. As to cutting holes and stuff in a rental...you are on your own. Good luck.
