thanks man, dropped a few seeds , seven popped up, three girls so far, took out the dude , and put him outside just to see what he does. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, my setup is nothin special, mg moisture lock, some 125 watt cfls , a clock radio ( i like to keep them entertained) and there doing pretty good so far, i seriously didn't think it would work , but it did :rastasmoke:, my question now is how long do i keep them on 12/12? its been almost two weeks

Any good reason for keeping the male around? If it releases it's pollen, the pollen can and likely will find your ladies. Pollen is a fine, light particle that will float all around the house on clothes, hair, a/c currents...this results in unwanted seeds and much smaller yields. If you are not ok with seeds, place a plastic bag over it, chop it, tie it up, and dispose of it without remorse.

Ditch the clock radio. The light will screw with the ladies, and the plants have no ears. <sigh>

Depends on the strain, but 8-12 weeks flowering for an indica dominate, 10-14 weeks for a sativa dominate. Of course this is also determined by the lighting, nutrients, growers experience...

Thanks RT is there anything i can do with the male? and as far as the clock radio, the girls are locked up pretty tight, and i heard that jazz stimulates them? Please forgive my newbieness lmao, if so i'll dump the male tommorow, we swore it was a hermie, cause it looks like it has hairs too, i'm not too experienced , but i am having fun , one of the girls has got like 12-15 little buds sprouting from her, i'm pretty psyched about that , just gotta make sure i follow through. btw should i keep them on 12/12 for the next few weeks? or start extending the dark period? oh yeah the male is outside on the balcony, is he still able to pollinate from there? Peace :-)
