Growing from plant after harvest?
ok i have my new plant and i have been doing reading into how to grow that (thanks for all your help by the way!).
now im thinking about what to do next...
after harvest i have 2 options:
1) chuck the remaining leaves, stem, root etc. into the bin and grow a whole new plant....or...
2) try to get a second harvest out of the same plant.
i hear option 2 can reduce production time by quite a lot and can guarantee the same results as the 1st harvest. however this is all the info i have managed to get. i am growing indoors with a 250W HPS bulb.
i was wondering if anyone who has experience of this could help me out with a few questions:
as i will be using 12/12 for flowering pre-harvest i would first like to know what light cycle the plant should be on in order to regrow? should i reintroduce it to 18/6 gradually or does it not matter?
how much should i trim back the plant? how much leafage should i leave?
are there any special nutes or other considerations to think about when regrowing plants? what (if anything) do i have to consider while growing the plant? will my actions before 1st harvest affect the second harvest?
thanks in advance

If your growing in soil you may consider transplanting.. dependng how big your pot is..
yes change to 18+
Change your nuts to vegatative quanities and ratio..
Really, your best bet is to keep a steady supply of clones going..
when one harvest is done.. bring in the next GROUP
good luck : )

I agree with Garden Knowm comments.
When you reveg the plant the first new growth will be mutated but it will return to normal as more new growth appears.
