The person shipping the package is responsible... You are not responsible for what somone else sends you....unless you the reciever signs for the package.....dont sign for any package if you know theres something in it and you know you werent supose to sign for

UPS the package can magically dissapear.... and whos going to go down to ups and file a claim????
