A better way to transplant
here's a great non-shocking way to transplant your girls. Use a pot the same size as the one the plant is coming out of to make a perfect hole. Fill the soil in firmly around the empty pot, i fill the pot as well, then bounce the pot on the floor to settle the soil onder the pot. Water around the outer edge of the pot before you remove it. This really helps the side roots take hold. Rotate the pot lose and remove it. A perfect fit.
