I appreciate everything...all I eat is chicken or red meat...having a birthday party for my little girl tomorrow...will have hamburgers tomorrow...beef hotdogs ok too?? I don't eat pork... I will take the drink tomorrow...I bought a home drug test to see where I am on that...I have taken more b complex today (2) and 4 niacin so far today also... peeing a lot too...I have read up on different forums so I know to give mid stream and pee a bunch before going....its pre- employment at concentra....do you know if it will be a dip strip test or lab?

should I take the home test today or tomorrow or maybe Sunday??
