Decriminalized in MA, can I get in trouble for buying?
Ive seen ads on craigslist regarding these things, in California.
Its going to bring you more attention than just your local law enforcement, that seems to have decriminalized pot possession. Besides that, Craigslist itself will contact the there internet police, just to get the liability off of them. Maybe some fancy wording or something could help you, But I would still be extremely careful posting a pot wanted ad somewhere.:wtf:CannabisMaximus Reviewed by CannabisMaximus on . Decriminalized in MA, can I get in trouble for buying? Weed is decriminalized in Massachusetts. I'm thinking about posting an ad on Craigslist to find a connect. I know under an ounce is only a $100 fine. I'm willing to risk the $100 fine for possession, but does purchasing it fall under a different law? I just want to make sure that a $100 fine is all I'm risking. If that's the case, they wouldn't even setup a sting for $100. I have ADHD and weed is the only thing that helps me focus. Rating: 5
