looks like a seedling.

make sure your potting medium is within one inch of the top of your container. hot air will stagnate around your stem and can lead to damping off.

headshake Reviewed by headshake on . please help this is my second time growing a plant. the first one died cuz i transplanted it to early. This time i dont think my plant is growing at a normal rate. its 1 week old and only 1 inch tall. i water it everyday and i put it outside on my roof to get sunlight for at least 8 hours then i bring it in and put it under floresent light for the whole night in my closet. Am i doing something wrong. other peoples plants by now are already 4 inches. NEED ADVICE!! Rating: 5
