please help
putting your plant outside and then bringing it back inside is not a good practice. indoors is a controlled environment. outdoors you have no control. so anything it gets outside is coming in. not to mention the sun is very different from any indoor light source. it takes time for your plant to acclimate to the sun's light.
you can always put it in a window or something. or get more lights and keep it indoors. you want to shoot for 5,000 lumens per square foot MINIMUM.
and like BLJ said, a plants growth is relative to many factors.

This time i dont think my plant is growing at a normal rate. its 1 week old and only 1 inch tall. i water it everyday and i put it outside on my roof to get sunlight for at least 8 hours then i bring it in and put it under floresent light for the whole night in my closet. Am i doing something wrong. other peoples plants by now are already 4 inches. NEED ADVICE!! Rating: 5
