    NEED HELP URGENTLY!!

i have 5 tubs and theres 4 plants. 1 plant at the front is very 'sad and droopy' PH was high so i did a flush and put all fresh water and food at the right levels. checked it this morning and its even worse now than last night. it obviously cant be the water as the others are still alive. i have never done this before and the person who helps me with it is in AMSTERDAM and i cant get hold of them. they should only have a month left then need to come up, what do i do leave it? pull it out? will it come back? light timers are all fine. got told it needed a drink as it was thirsty but why havent the other ones died or started going the same???? please help

HAVE PICS IN PROFILE!!!! PLEASE LOOK AND TALK TO ME

well, I don't see the pics, so I can't even begin to guess. I'm assuming the temperatures are right, or the other ones would be droopy too. So take the plant out of the tub, and have a real close look at it. Check it for insects, check it for color of the leaves, are they turning yellow? I don't know how big they are, or whether they are in flowering or still being vegged....
Look at the roots, if you have to, remove the plant from the soil/hydroton or whatever you have. They are probably not too healthy either. If they are healthy and nice and white, you would not want to change anything. Then check the mass of roots vs the mass of green that the roots are supporting. If you still think there is something wrong with it, then cut back a lot of the green, because the roots are there trying to keep all that stuff flourishing it. By cutting it back, the roots won't have to try to 'repair' all that's wrong, but rather just repair the good stuff you've not chopped. It will give the plant a better chance to get healthier.

    NEED HELP URGENTLY!!

Hey Sarah, there are a few things that can cause the droopies but it's not really possible to say anything useful about your plant without a lot more information.

Fill in the appropriate trouble shooting form from here - Clicky. And post your pics to the thread... checked your profile can't see any pics.

Enjoy the frost tomorrow, going to be a cold one tonight.

    NEED HELP URGENTLY!!

Sara , i don't recommend taking the plant out of the soil and disturbing the roots unless you have without a doubt by mistake fed some toxic chemical in watering mix. The PH level that you seeafter you made changes to soil will not really show accurate stable results of the soil right after the changes made to soil by watering, draining atc. Wait..and give the plant about 24 hours. Make sure your soil is not too wet but just moderately. Temperatures have to be minimum of 75 to max 79 while you want to plants to recover and not really fall more ill.
Also do not cut too many leaves or any branches as it is another setback to the plant. If any leaf or branch is really sagging , yellow or burnt like then you may gently cut it by a sharp hardware blade making a very clean cut. All that if it is must to do so.

Don't use distilled water or tap water I am sure you know. But try using rain water OR well water but only to moisten the soil especially around the trunk and root area. If you do all this and watch carefully roughly every 4 to 6 hours with a keen eye , you will see which way your plants are headed to be able to decide next step that is 24 hours from the soil PH changes you made. Whatever you do. Do not root out the plant to look at the roots, not yet as you have plenty time to make them well before you have no choice but to look at the roots and some emergency operation you must perform. All the best and relax and approach them only with love !
