Somewhat concerned

Hey guys I have an issue so I figured I would come to the people with some knowledge in this department. I have a job coming up that I've been told has an extremely strict drug test that can look back a couple months. Of course with out even asking I instantly assumed it has got to be a hair test. Now im a bit concerned.. I took a rip off a batty like two weeks ago.. just one nothing else and went to bed.. I had smoked anything in prob a year or more prior to that and was never a heavy user.. Do i need to be concerned over that one hit ?

no shit huh ? never heard of fingernail clipings. He's kinda an old timers I think more then anything hes tryn to scare me or just repeating what hes been told thats probably bogus. He told me he was tested 3x in 6 months randomly selected and that they pick a like 20 or 30 people each time. I have a hard time believen one company would spend that much on hair testing but I didnt wanna get all into the specifics over the topic and show any signs for concern.

Technically, a urine test could be said to look back a couple of months.

Hair tests aren't that much more than urine testing. I think its about $50 on average for a basic urine test (price goes up as panels are added) and $75-90 for hair.

The fingernail test is a last resort that I've only seen once and the person had no hair from chemo. Most of the time if you shave all your hair, you will get a refusal to test. That's not how to beat a hair test, you can try to clean it using several methods listed in this forum.

The threshold for a hair test for THC is 3 sessions in 90 days with 1 & 1/2 inches of hair.
