I can find mine at my local grocery store... but its a pretty big grocery store. I look in the aisle with molasses and find molasses that literally says Blackstrap on it. I looked on the back and it showed nutrients such as Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium which are all good things to give your plants

My plants are potted and are just starting to flower. Should I use Molasis? Or just the Tiger Bloom? And if yes,...how much? Please advise...I can't really norrow it down in researchiing the threads.
