Hi:

I have been in a car accident that has left me with back pain 9 months ago, since my accident happened outside the country, there has really been no records. the pain got worse 2 weeks ago and I went to a doctor and they gave me pills which did not work, so after a few days later i went to doctor again and he didn't know what to do. So I send in my application along with my records that states that I had pain for more than 9 months now and that pills don't work to THCF, and they phoned me two days later to said I didn't qualify?
Why? I have chronic pain condition

i think you have to be prescribe narcotics for at least three months in a row to qualify.

I have tendonitis with NO history of painkillers and I qualified. Maybe try again but this time fax your paperwork to the Oregon THCF clinic.
