I have ample medical records to support my need for MM so that is not my concern... it is this, do I need a Drivers License as proof of residency or can I use my House Lease, power bill.... I heard you are not a resident of the state of Colorado until you have lived there for 90 days... then you can apply for your DL... Can I see a Dr. and get that started before being a resident?... any help would be appreciated... Rating: 5
