Moving to Colorado.... Rules of residency Question???

I will be moving to Colorado in 3 weeks... I have ample medical records to support my need for MM so that is not my concern... it is this, do I need a Drivers License as proof of residency or can I use my House Lease, power bill.... I heard you are not a resident of the state of Colorado until you have lived there for 90 days... then you can apply for your DL... Can I see a Dr. and get that started before being a resident?... any help would be appreciated...

This is what you need

Keep copies of all the documents you submit to the Registry. For proof that your application has been submitted, you may want to send your application in by certified mail.

Temporary Colorado ID
Out of State ID
Passport
US military ID
Tribal ID
Work Identification/paycheck stub/w-2
Voter registration card
Phone bill, electric bill, etc. addressed to the patient at their mailing address
*All documents must be currently valid
We need at least one of these documents to show the patientâ??s date of birth
