I think we are all aware of the legalities of what we are doing here. but in my opinion their refusal to reply/acknowledge my complaint is not going to win back my custom and as everybody knows if you get a good service you will tell some people, if you get bad/unacceptable service you will tell alot more.
If this lesson i learned (the hard way) helps anyone in the future so be it, my efforts won't have been in vain.:angry3:
