HID=high intensity discharge.....hps&mh are HID lights.....hps=high pressure sodium....mh=metal halide

get an hps light.....since budget is minimal with this light you can do from start to finish...works well in both vegetation and flowering....get a fan as well blowing wind on the plants on a 24/7 basis....the fan is going to be very useful to you i imagine as in the phillipines you must have high humidity....it will help you control it somehow as it will circulate the air inside the grow room plus will help your plants grow stronger,shorter and more compact.....last thing i can say is that during vegetation you can have temps as high as 29-32 celcius meanwhile during flowering it's optimal around 23-25 degrees.....you can regulate that with fans.....you can even use computer fans
