clone and light
A few cheap 4 foot shoplights with inexpensive cool-white tubes work fine for clones, the light is gentle. T-12 works T-8 if you find them is more effecient, t-5 rules but are expensive.
Don't need too much light for the mothers either since you don't want them to grow too quickly, unless you are doing a HUGE grow.
Keep a fan blowing so that the plants don't burn if they grow up into the tubes, and don't let them touch the tubes at all with the t-5 tubes.
