i have never seen or heard of mainstream tv.

You've never watched tv in your life? Mainstream tv is the tv seen by the most viewers that everyone gets like CBS, ABC, Fox, NBC, and basic cable. Some people can't even get cable or satellite because of availablity.

But anyway, im not over 15 and i don't really know much about mj in the first place. I just joined this site to post a quick thread asking what it was and what I should do about it.

Even if you don't use marijuana be a real friend and strongly advise your friend that he is to never take pot to school especially the bus. The bus is full of idiots who will tell on you. That never changes. Even if you don't agree with his use, getting arrested and expelled will not help him at all. What he is doing is extremely stupid. How many times has he done this that you know of?

And on the last week of school one of them was going to give me seeds to get me to plant it, but apparently i never got them because he was arrested...

I'm not surpised at all. Your friends have no common sense whatsoever.

Anyway, about the family near arrests, it was my dad whom my mom caught smoking mj with one of his friends.

She called the cops on him? That's terrible.

And my brother, i haven't caught him smoking but accidentally came upon his stash You know those medium size zip-lock bags you see at giant that are about 5 inches across? That was stuffed (and i mean stuffed) full of mj. But I didn't tell anyone though. He said he got it for $20 (yea right). And he took it and pored it out the window...

Weight, not volume. In the future, try to think in terms of weight not volume.

You need to educate yourself more than needing to know whether or not you have a marijuana plant.
