STick it behind your nuts and with me it stays around 98 for a couple hours. Practice with the thermometer to get it right. You can stick the thermometer in your sock to double check at the UA. If its a little low when you pour it into the sample cup rub your thumb against your clothes for a couple seconds then hold your thumb against the temp strip on the collection cup. When it hits 98 walk out of the room.
