Terry Parker Day July 31, that's what we all refer to it as.
Terry started his fight with the Canadian Government in 1997 & won a court exemption for the use of medical marijuana.

Since then he has been forced to take them on, over & over again. They busted him & he took it all the way to the appeals court in Ontario.

It's been proven that the laws died on this day back in 2001. In 2003 they granted 4100 stays to people who had pot charges against them between 2001-2003.

See how long it takes to get justice in this country!!

They tried to say they fixed the CDSA with the MMAR, but it was too late the law was already repealed. Once a law is repealed only Parliament can legislate a new one & they never did!!

Now we're still fighting to prove the law is dead & Terry is back in court at the top!!!

John Turmel is the man putting together the FREE kits & Terry's case.

The kits are working very well & at least 20 people have gotten out of their MJ charges & not just possession either! They also work for past charges since the Crown has been lying about the law since 2001!

They are at the Appeals level right now & there are at least 5 others trying to join cases together to make a bigger impact! The more people who join cases, shows that there is an urgency to be heard!

The Crown is of course trying to have Real Martin's case thrown out before being heard at Appeal, his mistake was in asking Judge Rosenberg, who is the very same judge that sided with Terry & gave him an exemption.

This should prove to be very interesting!
