Its only 48watts of flouro so it won't do much. It would work fine for cloning and vegging. You might get away with growing one plant under it.

I was in my ma's loft yesterday looking for a spare lamp and found her light box that she uses in the winter to get over SAD (Seasonal affective disorder). It's a pretty powerful light and I was wondering if it is suitable to use given that she won't be using it for a few months.
