Went from 72 ng to 0 in two days here is how...

1. Exercised both days at least twice each day, for no less than 35 minutes each time. (make sure to do heavy cardio break an extensive sweat)

2. Drink plenty of water, I killed almost 5 gallons in two days

3. Use a cleanse I used Omni the 4 pills and I drank a bottle (it taste like sweat yuck)

This was my personal experience I am sure it will not work for everybody. Here was my scenario:
- 5'3" 140 lbs
-do not eat well always its about 50/50
-did not work out regularly
-smoked every day 1-2 grams
-smoked that good shit sour d,haze,kush
-quit smoking a month ago and was drinking water like crazy but still had 72 ng THC in my system on Monday ( and failed UA )
-just finish passing my test with 0 ng

so of course now i am hitting the gran daddy purp :S5:
no more test for me for another year.

What kind of tests did you have and for who? Did you drink more water for the 2nd test than the 1st?
