Any thoughts on Pure Power Plant?

im of the same opinion when it comes to growing..if it works for you keep it up..some of my mates have moved from soil to hydro methods..some with good and bad results..i like to taste weed grown well in soil,its just my preference..your friend sounds cool.hang on to him..good friends are hard to come by... i cant wait to smoke this pp.you have wetted my appetite. happy growing

First grow started three weeks ago. Pure Afghan was a bust due to over water and ph lock out. Second round is Satori and PPP. 100% germination with the PPP and VERY healthy and agressive growth in the plants under CFL. A bit concerned because after almost three weeks the plants are less than 6" in height although they have three sets of alternating leaves!!. Are the lights too close perhaps? They are in soil, ( Stinkys recipe) but in a very hot atmosphere (85+-). Just started to show sex signs at the nodes but I need a scope to read them. Maybe I sould start a thread as I have learned quite a bit reading the adventures of others. Thanks and Props to you all.

You really need to lower those temps a bit .You will absolutely fall in love with this plant once you've grown it a couple times. It seems to have varied spurts of growth as well as flowering , but the yields are well worth the wait.This one seems to have it all , including fantastic taste ,potency and ease of cultivation.You will probably be a lifelong grower of it after this experience .By the way , all organic fertilizers seem to give the best results. I have never tried growing PPP...but, StinkyAttic always said "it was an excellent strain...especially for beginners"....:thumbsup:

You said it right. I love it when fishing or going to a football game or just piddling around in my shop. I personally don't care much for the couch-anchor type of smoke unless it's at night when I'm totally done with my day.This will be my third year growing Pure Power and as far as I know , I'll grow it from now on.

I was hoping someone had posted somethin about this bud here.
I've grown it a good many harvests and the only hybrid that even comes close to PPP when it comes to friendly growing tactics and potency is early girl.
Early girl in my opinion is the best hybrid around.
Extremely short grow time, very high potency, high average yield.

power plant from dutch passion was the stinkiest cured bud i have ever smelled. 100 % african sativa. ppp is nirvana. nirvana is accused of taking strains and crossing them with their potent skunk. so they make knock offs and sell decent strains cheap.

Hey,

Ive grown DP Power plant hydroponically and got 27 z from a 3 X 5 closet w/ 1000 W HPS.
This strain is very effective and even though not using RO water or organic nutes, still tasted very pleasant.
