My question is, will the 2 weeks be enough time if I just smoke once today? I'm just worried because I know I must be sitting at about 45-48 nanograms right now.
What makes you think this? Your home test certainly didnt tell you this because home tests lack the ability to give a quantitative analysis. If youre thinking this based on your faint line test result, then you are in error. There is no meaning attributed to the intensity of the line. Even synthetic urine can produce a faint line on an assay. Any line appearing in the "T" region is a negative regardless of how faint it is.
